Private debt, which is already widely used in our Anglo-Saxon neighbours, is booming in France : large companies and ETIs are making increasing use of it, while SMEs still make too little use of it.

Adapted and simple to set up, it appears to be an excellent complement to bank loans and equity financing and a very good tool for diversifying funding sources.

Provided that relatively simple eligibility conditions are met, private debt is a real growth driver and is destined to become an essential means of financing for SMEs.
