Activity of French private debt funds

Publication on April 8 of the study conducted by France Invest in partnership with Deloitte on the activity of debt funds in France in 2021:

This confirms that this category of financing now occupies a prime position alongside banking and private equity:

• Increase in investments of 91% in amounts and 52% in number of operations, compared to 2020
• All sectors benefit (BtoB, technology, health, BtoC, industry)
• All types of debt have grown, with a constant predominance of senior debt over unitranche and mezzanine
